Email Notification Problem: September 13th 2012
A problem occurred with our email hold and overdue notices sent Thrusday September 13th. It
appears as though the last notice you received prior to September 13th from the Library was re-sent. In some cases, the information in the notices was weeks or even months old. We continue
to investigate this problem and will provide further updates.
We were able to re-send the correct notices on September 13th. Please log into Your Account with your library card
number and PIN or contact your branch to confirm the status of holds and
checked-out items in your account.
Please be assured, there will be no additional fines as a result of this problem; notices were sent in error, but your account information (as seen through the website and available to library staff) is accurate.
